Hello! I believe strongly that different things work for different people at different times. I will collaborate with you in the direction to take to achieve goals for therapy.
I work with a variety of clients including adults, adolescents and children. I also provide couple's and family therapy. I use play and sand tray therapy for those that benefit from this type of therapy. I genuinely love helping others and believe it a privilege to get to support you through some of life's difficulties.
