If you are here, my guess is that you may be grieving a loss, struggling to accept difficult life changes like divorce or separation, or perhaps dealing with anxiety. Whatever the circumstances, it is my desire to see you rediscover happiness and purpose-- I wholeheartedly believe that therapy can help you get there.
My approach to counseling utilizes the Family Systems and Cognitive-Behavior Therapy. I believe our past experiences and environments help us to develop how we think and respond to life’s stresses. This is where CBT can be helpful in changing false thinking and negative responses.
