I offer a combination of two prominent types of mental health therapy: Non-Directive Person First and Cognitive Therapy. I adjust my approach to each individual client- and we work side-by-side to make and attain goals. Whether you wish for a companion to process past grief or trauma with, or seek aid reaching a vision of an ideal future, I will be there.
The path to inner peace and turning our hopes and dreams into reality is within ourselves- in our beliefs, thinking patterns, and shifting perceptions of the world.
