I'm currently only seeing patients on Saturdays and Sundays. My goal is to assist you in addressing your mental health needs by providing a safe and positive space to learn and grow. Hello! I am a board-certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I strive to assist my clients to move through challenging experiences by helping them with understanding the power of the mind/body connection. The hope is that once this connection is better understood, an individual can reconnect to their life fully. I have had the privilege to work in community, school, and hospital environments as well as private practice settings with children to adults.

I worked in community health for several years. During that time, I saw a multitude up clients with a variety of issues to include but not limited to addiction, depression, bi - polar disorder, and many others. I provided care inpatient and outpatient and ran many different types of groups for adults and children. I worked with children and families on our juvenile unit as well.

I find that many people just want to feel better, be happier, feel less anxious. They want to change their lives or at least become aware of their desire to improve the situation. I like the challenge of assisting people with self-limiting beliefs that can create anything less than a fulfilled and happy life. I enjoy helping people with their relationships, marital or otherwise and relish working with couples, helping them redefine their differences, improve communication and rejuvenate their intimacy, sexuaI and emotional.

I am a direct, no-nonsense professional who has devoted his 40+ year career to helping people improve their lives. I work with adults (individual/couples) who are motivated to change. I work with children and teens within the structure of their family to resolve communication and behavioral difficulties. I have extensive experience working with adoptive and step families. I am now offering Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy to our practice. Horses are extremely intuitive animals and are able to help facilitate change on an emotional relational level that enhances the healing process.I have had a long interest in horses and find a healing effect to be activated when in their presence. This realization was probably the most important driving force that propelled me into this horse/person connection as a modality for treatment.
