I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, an accelerated processing tool addressing trauma, anxiety and depression, and use EMDR in Family and Couples work and also with children. Families and Couples are offered structural and sytstemic approaches and interventions. Work with children provides Play Therapy and Social Skills Training with Behavioral interventions. I have strong advocacy skills in the educational and legal systems I enjoy the work with Individuals and Families, Adults and Children alike!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, who uses CBT, REBT and others modalities to assist individual, group, children, adolescents, and families to assist each person with the individual treatment needed. I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavior challenges, and family conflicts. I provide therapy with an unyielding level of respect for the individual path and circumstances of every person who I have the privilege of helping. My approach, honed over decades of experience, consists of nurturing and instilling a social, mental, and emotional environment that will empower a state of wellness in my client.

I have a wide range of experience, including trauma, couples therapy, serious mental illness, personality disorders, and forensic evaluations. I have come to specialize in trauma-focused work, life transitions, and couples counseling.

I have been working with clients as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2021, and I come from a primarily solution-focused narrative approach.
