Ms. Anny Gonell, LCSW-R is a bilingual (Spanish)l, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive training as a Psychotherapist, Medical and School Social Worker. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has specialized training in anxiety and depression from the world renowned Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is primarily Cognitive-Behavioral and IFS informed; actively assisting clients in identifying unhealthy behavioral patterns and helping them develop skills and tools to make positive changes.
At Gonell Psychotherapy Services, our therapists provide services to adults and teenagers. We focus on assisting others in reaching their emotional/academic/ professional/ personal potential. We help in identifying, planning and reaching their goals by identifying unhealthy patterns and utilizing therapeutic tools to make productive changes.
Our practice main focus is the treatment of Anxiety disorders (panic attacks, OCD) and other anxiety-related conditions.
