I have come to specialize in trauma-focused work, life transitions, and couples counseling.
The remnants of life trauma can affect the way we relate to others, and to life's opportunities. I use various modalities to compassionately identify and help resolve embedded remnants. Individual traumas are often expressed in the context of relationship, and couples/relationship work provides an effective means to heal individual triggers and rebuild trust.
