As a systemic therapist I understand that although we are individuals, we are part of larger support systems that affect our mental health. My belief is that you are the expert in your life and I am here to help you unlock the tools you already have inside while building skills and healthier strategies for the stress you experience.
I have experience with children, adults, families & relationships of varying backgrounds. I have an Advanced Certificate in Child & Family Advocacy. I am certified in Treating Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents. I have experience in group therapy, particularly women’s issues & working with children/teens on skill building/distress tolerance.

If at any point we aren’t meeting that together, I encourage you to speak up so we can reassess and change direction, or work together to find what will work for you.
