As a systemic therapist I understand that although we are individuals, we are part of larger support systems that affect our mental health. I am certified in Treating Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents. I have experience in group therapy, particularly women’s issues & working with children/teens on skill building/distress tolerance.
