I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's Degree from William Paterson University in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I have over 7 years of experience in talk therapy working with individuals, couples, and families in partial care programs, intensive outpatient, and outpatient agency settings. In my last role at Center for Children's Behavioral health I served as program director while maintaining a client caseload. My clinical approach is integrated and incorporates a variety of different theoretical orientations including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more.

Jean is certified by the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2005. Prior to her clinical work at Life Psychotherapy, Jean worked for 31 years as a School Psychologist with a client centered focus on helping children, adolescents, adults and families maneuver issues of anxiety, depression , self- esteem and transition.

Our office is able to bill out of network directly, so patients are only responsible for coinsurance at the time of service after deductible is met, and any balance outside of what insurance covers.
