Inner Clarity is a group private practice comprised of professionals with varying areas of specialization. Since 2014, Inner Clarity has been helping people find personalized therapeutic services rooted in the balance of mind, body, and spirit. We view wellness holistically and focus on mindfulness-based strategies that answer your unique needs. Children, teens and adults can receive individual, couples and family therapy, and our Client-Provider matching strategy factors in your preferences in a therapist. It’s how we’re working to make therapy available and accessible for you.
We specialize in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+, PTSD/Trauma, Grief, OCD, Co-Occurring Disorders, Neurodiverse Populations, Stress Management for clients of all ages. Our therapists all have the ability to incorporate Mindfulness and Meditation Practice into the therapeutic treatment. We are now offering Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
We have 4 offices that offer in person appointments as well as telehealth services.
