I am a Licensed Clinical Worker (LCSW) with over 25 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples & families. During my career, I have worked with individuals of varied cultural backgrounds, life situations and in settings such as schools (K-8th), outpatient mental health offices, intensive outpatient programs, hospitals, universities and within the military. I am a Certified Clinical Supervisor (LCSW-NJ), Certified School Social Worker (NJ), Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC-NJ) and former Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC).
My aim is to offer a comfortable & non-judgmental space for you examine your challenges, build your strengths and learn new skills to conquer any obstacles and live your best life. I often assist individuals who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship problems, workplace or school difficulties.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, trauma-informed and Military- culture sensitive. I often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions and a variety of other effective strategies to help you to achieve your desired goals. I offer convenient Telehealth video sessions with evening appointments. Many Insurances accepted.
