Managing life stressors & transitions, navigating grief & loss, processing trauma and/or cultivating self-compassion can be a challenging road if walked alone. And, you need not walk it alone. There is support available if you are struggling with the sensitive issues associated with depression, anxiety, self-harm, substance abuse, intrusive thoughts, traumatic history and/or any additional challenges. My role as therapist is to be present with you as you explore your deeply personal story in a safe, therapeutic, nonjudgmental and collaborative space.
