Hello & Welcome. My name is Nicole and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in CA (LMFT 94690). My goal is to support BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients in exploring identity and cultural influences in their lives. By encouraging self-validation and empowerment, I aim to provide a space that is supportive of your growth. The clients I serve are generally seeking therapy due to issues with parenting, interracial relationships, and/or women's issues. In addition to being an LMFT, I am a certified Reiki Master and Spiritual Wellness Coach. This allows me to utilize mindfulness and energy work along with the therapeutic healing.
Your sessions with me will often include solution-focused and family systems interventions. With solution focused, we explore immediate solutions that can lessen some of your stressors. With family dynamics, we explore your familial relationships and how they impact your day to day life.

Black Maternal Wellness Group
In addition to therapy, I offer spiritual wellness coaching services. These services were born out of the need to process various traumas that Black women experience. By identifying and processing through these concerns, I was able to find my voice and be able to create the lifestyle that I desire. I am here to support my clients in being able to access the same types of freedom, joy, and love that I experience. The next cohort for Black mothers will begin on 5/15/24 and is 12 weeks long.
