The Center For Marriage and Family Therapy has five offices throughout central New Jersey. Jackie Held, Karen Spiler and Jill Stein founded the Center in 1984. A licensed clinical social worker who obtained her Master’s degree from the Rutgers School of Social Work with over 25 years of experience in the fields of medical, psychiatric, and geriatric social work. Her scope of practice includes helping individuals who are suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress, traumatic accidents, chronic medical conditions, dual diagnosis/addiction, and chronic psychiatric illness, as well as provides couples counseling and mediates marital discord using both a cognitive-behavioral and a family-centered approach.

Hi, I am Mike Osrowitz, a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in treating various mental health issues including coping with stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marital issues, and bipolar disorders. I am also a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have worked with clients struggling with various addictions or the family members who have been affected by their loved one’s addiction and behavioral changes.
