Being a parent can be hard. Being a wife, husband, or partner can be hard. The truth is sometime, just existing, can be challenging. If you are struggling and need support along the way, I am here to help. I am part of a group practice that specializes in maternal mental health and paternal mental health, and multi-ethnic/intercultural/inter-racial families. I am originally from the Philippines and provide services in Tagalog and Filipino. I work with individuals and parents who have young children and or those with teenagers, as well as singles who are navigating dating and career. I offer individual therapy and couple therapy.
I am trained in EMDR and use various treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic to assist clients suffering from various psychological distress and life stressors. Many of the clients who comes to me struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, including perinatal and postpartum anxiety/depression, parenting, relationship and marital conflicts.
I believe in the power of self-understanding and its impact on our interactions with others and life's challenges.
