I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) with master’s of science degree in marriage and family therapy. I am passionate about helping individuals and families with issues in all walks of life. I feel privileged to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families in their struggles, and I find joy in their transformations. I believe in each person's and family's internal strength in making changes in their own lives. I use holistic approach in my clinical work and perceive an individual’s issues in bio-psycho-social-spiritual model.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Life can be difficult and painful at times but it doesn't have to involve so much suffering. Why does "this" keep happening? What are the unseen forces that you feel, but can't seem to name? Until we know why, we can never get down to the root of the problem–we will only be dealing with the symptoms and not the cause.
