I love working with people through life transitions including divorce, fertility issues, relocation, & the process of grief & loss. I support people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, & blocked creativity. I help my clients explore their identity – who they have been, who they are now, & who they want to be. My style as a therapist is warm, compassionate, & relational. I bring creativity & depth to my sessions and I believe honesty & empathy are the foundation for healing.

I use a variety of tools including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidence-based therapy used to treat unprocessed trauma. I also use humor, creative exercises, somatic techniques, & mindfulness to support the healing process.

I believe the human spirit is resilient, resourceful, & always oriented towards healing. I view the therapeutic relationship as a creative collaboration in which we each bring our own experiences & expertise to sessions. My hope is for clients to feel more confident & connected to their own wisdom in the process of becoming more fully self-expressed.
