This lends itself to unhealthy patterns of avoidance, hypervigilance/hyperarousal, disturbance in mood and cognitions. and being inundated with intrusions and flashbacks. With years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, anger, bipolar disorder, marriage/relationship issues, parenting challenges, trauma, grief and loss, substance misuse, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, suicidal ideation, and self-harm issues. I have 11+ years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and family systems. I tend to see the best in people, focusing on their strengths, and assisting them in pulling out and expanding their own internal resources and abilities. LaSheena is a Psychologist who welcomes the opportunity to assist individuals, couples, and families in overcoming life's various hurdles. She has experience with providing therapy for people from all walks of life, ages 4 and up. She has extensive experience with treating depression and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents, as well as concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, bipolar disorder, and more severe concerns in adults.In addition to therapy services, LaSheena also does psychological evaluations for a number of different concerns, such as autism, ADHD, bipolar disorder, etc.
