I often work with clients who have felt hurt by their relationships due to harsh words, addiction or leaving when they needed them. For many, the first goals involve understanding how others' actions have impacted them, and who they are outside of that impact. My goal is for clients to find clarity and feel empowered to choose for themselves their next step forward.

The journey towards healing can feel overwhelming or impossible, but with support and guidance, desired change and growth can be achieved. I believe an important part of therapy is creating a safe and open environment. I strive to build a strong trusting relationship so you are able to learn, grow, and be vulnerable in order to start the healing process.

I work with adolescents(13-18), adults and geriatric on a variety of mental health concerns, however, I specialize in helping individuals with mood disorders and sexual addiction/dysfunction.
