My style is both gentle and direct and works to tailor a flow of therapy that suits your personal needs and goals.
While I am an advanced EMDR therapist with a focus on trauma and attachment repair, I often integrate elements of yoga, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, and mindfulness into sessions. I enjoy the creative and exploratory experience of working with someone one-on-one, and find each person unique and deserving of their own blend of therapy.
