As a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 25 years of diverse counseling experience, I am currently providing psychotherapy services for individuals, families, couples, and children in Hawaii and California. My therapeutic practice style is experiential, offering tools and opportunities for self-reflection and emotional growth through empathic support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment. I believe that each of us holds the key to healing within ourselves, and I help to facilitate the uncovering of these unique inner strengths through the therapeutic process.

I also welcome spiritual-theological dialoguing to foster opportunities for exploration, reconciliation, and healing.

My specializations include solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapy and emotional-based therapy, as I am a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT-I). The majority of my experience is with adolescents and adults. I specialize in providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I use various therapeutic techniques and approaches to help my clients gain insight, identify patterns, and develop strategies for making lasting changes.

I have worked as both a licensed Behavior Analyst and a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Hawaii before completing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Hawaii School of Professional Psychology at Chaminade University.

Dr. Kehoe offers community based mental health services in 7 convenient offices located in Aiea, Ewa, Honolulu, Kahuku, Kaneohe, Makaha and Wahiawa. Dr. Kehoe specializes in adult, family and child psychology and offers a number of services including behavioral health treatment, child, adolescent, individual and family counseling, behavioral modification therapy, testing and assessment, psychotherapy, and skills training (ST). Outpatient substance abuse treatment and supportive services as well as face-to-face mental health crisis support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
