Besides therapy training I also employ skills from my former career as an actor ( "Working Girl," "Tootsie" as well as numerous NY and HI stage plays. Trained in Gottman Technique, additional Masters in Special Education. Clients age eleven to 89 years old. All ethnicities, LGBTQ friendly.
Being honest and open with myself and others is as critical to my well-being as nurturing my body with healthy food and daily exercise. I have completed The Gottman Basic Couples Training and Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy Training. I create a non-judgemental space to share.
