Additionally, I recognize the importance of my showing up in our shared space as an authentic person – I am unapologetically myself and I can guarantee that the cold clinical encounters of the typical therapy experience does not exist in my corner of the world.
I am EMDR and somatic-trained and have substantial experience working with post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety/panic, emotional and physical abuse, establishing boundaries, sexuality/gender-identity concerns and recovering from narcissistic/toxic relationship dynamics. I'm also experienced working with individuals in alternative lifestyles.
I have earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University.
