I have a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling and am a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I work with both adolescents and adults. I have significant experience working with those that suffer with substance misuse and addiction. I do not believe this disease is hopeless. When we saw mental health being unaffordable and incomplete, we took on this endeavor of launching our unique model of mental health wellness throughout many cities and states. Before we started, we saw a great demand for receiving affordable, comprehensive, and enjoyable mental healthcare. So, we started our company to provide counseling that is affordable on the base prices, but also extremely affordable through our unmatched sliding scale models. We also didn't sacrifice the quality of care delivered, but even increased it. We now offer in-person and virtual visits in CT, FL, NJ, NV, and PA.

My path to therapy has been anything but ordinary. Twelve years ago, I took a leap of faith and packed my entire life into a single suitcase, leaving South Africa behind to build a new chapter in the United States. Today, I am blessed with a beautiful family and a career that fills me with passion and purpose. Although I initially pursued acting, I soon discovered my true calling: working closely with clients like you, witnessing their personal growth, and helping them thrive! Having 10+ yrs experience in the mental health field (working at a notable NY psychiatric hospital, private practice for 6); I understand navigating through life's challenges can be overwhelming, and it's okay to seek support.
