About
We all live in relationships -- with our families, friends, work and communities, to our histories, our future goals and to our selves. Each phase of life presents different challenges to these relationships. Some transitions go smoothly; in others we face obstacles from our environment and from within. All have the potential to lead us to discover new aspects of our selves. My clients are curious about themselves and others, eager to discover new ways of relating to the people in their lives.
For over 25 years I have helped clients strengthen and enhance their relationships. I have experience and training in the Developmental Model of couples therapy. I tailor my approach to the needs of each client. I have recently been exploring post-COVID opportunities for change, working with clients facing new challenges from home and work.
I am a good listener and do not hesitate to give feedback and/or advice when useful.
