Groups
SMART Recovery Friends & Family

This group is based on the tools of SMART Recovery and CRAFT (Community Reinforcement & Family Training). We provide resources and support for those who are affected by the addictions of a loved one and share SMART Recovery tools that can be implemented by friends and family members to help with emotional upsets, effective communication methods when dealing with loved ones, and more. Our desire is that your loved one will take on the choice to pursue their own recovery, and that you will learn ways of improving your own life.
