We specialize in providing online therapy for clients located in Idaho, Colorado, and Washington. Additionally, we provide in-office therapy in Meridian, Idaho and Broomfield, Colorado. We create an inviting and open space for you to do your treatment and to move into the rest of your day with a renewed sense of worth and purpose. Our practice welcomes ALL people. Some of our specialties include neurodiversity, ADHD, autism, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, trauma, traditional as well as non-traditional relationship styles (poly/ENM), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
Our practice has offered online therapy since 2018. We have a deep understanding of how to practice teletherapy meaningfully and effectively, to the benefit of our clients. We also offer in-office therapy in Meridian, Idaho and Broomfield, Colorado.
