I provide online therapy in Colorado & Idaho, as well as in-office therapy in Broomfield, CO. I use holistic approaches to address the treatment for couples, families, and individuals to address familial relationships, coupleship discourse (all orientations), CNM/poly relationships, neurodiversity, autism, anxiety, depression, & ADHD. I am a firm believer that relationships and connection are intrinsic to personal development and each person’s values are important in the development of a course of treatment based on the goals and desired outcome clients have selected.

As an LMFT, LCPC, I specialize in couples issues (all orientations), CNM/poly, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity (such as autism & ADHD), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Having provided over 28,000+ hours of treatment aimed at client wellness, I would be honored to have the opportunity to learn about you and your concerns.
