I provide online therapy in Colorado, Idaho, & Montana. I use holistic approaches to address the treatment for couples, families, and individuals to address parenting struggles, familial relationships, coupleship discourse (all orientations), CNM/poly relationships, neurodiversity, autism, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and social skill development concerns. I am a firm believer that relationships and connection are intrinsic to personal development and each person’s values are important in the development of a course of treatment based on the goals and desired outcome clients have selected.

As an LMFT, LCPC, I specialize in couples issues (all orientations), CNM/poly, parent-child interaction (parenting), anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity (such as autism & ADHD). Having provided over 15,000+ hours of treatment aimed at client wellness, I would be honored to have the opportunity to learn about you and your concerns.
