I specialize in 3 areas: relationships, addiction recovery & wellness. Using a holistic approach, I work with clients to identify underlying issues and concerns that keep clients from making sustainable change, while creating an environment where clients feel valued and safe. I use the Enneagram of personality typology with clients so they can identify their mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns and raise self-awareness. Clients are introduced to Enneagram type based practices they can use on their own to sustain desired change.

Grief can be both implicit and explicit in life’s transitions. These transitions can range from experiencing the death of your cherished person, the fracture or ending of a friendship or partnership, a job loss, a pet death, living in addiction or moving into sobriety, or the cascade of losses that follow a chronic or terminal illness diagnosis. We become attuned to turning away from what is uncomfortable, or we may not yet have the tools to respond.

How can I help? This question underscores my engagement with clients and aligns with my belief that therapy is not a prescriptive endeavor. I am a helper…not a prescriber.
