About
I specialize in 3 areas: relationships, addiction recovery & wellness. Using a holistic approach, I work with clients to identify underlying issues and concerns that keep clients from making sustainable change, while creating an environment where clients feel valued and safe. I use the Enneagram of personality typology with clients so they can identify their mental, emotional, and behavioral patterns and raise self-awareness. Clients are introduced to Enneagram type based practices they can use on their own to sustain desired change.
I utilize a comprehensive wellness approach. Clients will be supported in a safe and confidential environment. Together, we will create a path for achieving the goals set, using the Enneagram as a guide. Through healthier living, clients are more confident, while discovering serenity and balance in their daily lives.
Through personal empowerment, clients identify goals, realize dreams, heal relationships, and create freedom from past trauma. Through curiosity and increased self-awareness, let’s identify your obstacles of self-defeating thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and transform them to reflect a healthier way of Being in the world.
