My belief is that when we stop fighting the past or our present hardships is when we can THRIVE. I will meet you where you are. We can go from there.
My specialty is in in working with Teenagers, Couples, and Addiction. I spent many years in private practice where my passion for helping children and teens arose. Much of my formal training is in in-patient substance abuse facilities working with the Native American population in trauma-focused therapy. I love using Narrative and EFT modalities.
While we are individuals, the human connection between us is an impetus for change. I know how to support that change and move beyond. I see clients function at a higher level every day. It is a privilege to hear your story- thank you for entrusting me. Let's start this journey together.
