We live in a time where disconnection is the norm, and our need for community and deep, trusting relationships with ourselves and others is necessary. Navigating life’s uncharted experiences alone when we don’t possess the tools is frustrating and can feel, at times, unbearable. We become uncomfortable in our bodies, or we don’t feel our bodies at all. This situation forces us to live in our thinking minds, often aligned with distorted beliefs we carry forward from long ago. Through this veil, we see our environment from a lower level of being and find ourselves surviving rather than thriving.

My highest intention and focus are to provide an unconditional, nonjudgmental space of safety and sensitive support so that you find ease in opening to the wisdom of your body, to what has gone untended. It is from this space that you can begin to move into calm and grounded healing.

Together, we can co-create an experience that honors your growth as well as your losses and supports you in making meaning that serves your higher self, passion, and purpose. All therapy sessions will be provided via telehealth using a HIPAA-compliant platform.

Online 10-Week Grief Processing Group for Adults (18+): A Journey Through Healing This intimate, 10-week group is designed for adults grieving the death of a loved one. Guided by William Worden’s Tasks of Mourning, our sessions offer a structured yet compassionate setting to explore your grief and find a new path forward. All sessions are Telehealth/virtual and begins February 25, 2026. Sessions will be at 5pm to 6pm (AZ) and 2pm to 5pm (HI).

This is an online grief process group attending to people that are grieving the death of a loved one. The group will be structured around William Worden's Tasks of Mourning and bring sacred connection to self in transition for the attendee as they navigate honoring their lost person and creating meaning that is essential for an enduring connection to their person and the gifts that arise out of having touched such sacred ground with intention and care.
