I am a LCPC in Illinois, a LPC in Arizona, and a certified yoga therapist. I have experience in working with substance abuse, addictions, mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQIA+ community, and mindfulness/yoga. I have worked as a counselor in an IOP, serving individuals struggling with substance abuse. I recognize that recovery is a unique journey for each individual, and works with them to develop a unique recovery program.

Alex Levitan is the lead Psychologist and Clinical Director of Levitan & Associates Psychological Services where he is responsible for organizing and overseeing all providers and programs within the agency. I believe that we all seek love, acceptance, and belonging. When experiences lead us to internalize a shame message that we are not enough, we can develop ways of interacting with the world that, though helpful in the past, are no longer working (or may even be harmful).
