I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness & EMDR while tailoring each session to your needs and pace. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly, gain clarity, and develop tools
My experience includes supporting individuals, youth and families through trauma, behavioral issues, conflict and emotional distress. I'm passionate about helping others and prioritize meeting people where they are in a caring and understanding way. I use the telehealth platform to implement talk and behavioral therapy in a comfortable and efficient manner.
My specialties involve working through difficult life experiences including trauma. I have specific training to utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and CBT to help individuals find relief. While these evidence-based modalities are often recommended, humor and empathy also take a front seat in my toolbox.
