I desire to help individuals build healthy self-esteem, heal from traumatic experiences, and live a purposeful life. Life moves forward quickly and we are served best by finding what works, modifying what doesn't, and incorporating those changes to achieve our goals.

When anxiety takes over, simple tasks can become difficult. I am trained in ERP which is the Gold Standard in overcoming OCD. I am also trained in EMDR and trauma counseling. My commitment to you, is to provide compassion and understanding in helping you build on your strengths to reach your goals.
