Life moves forward quickly and we are served best by finding what works, modifying what doesn't, and incorporating those changes to achieve our goals.

Trained in EMDR and specialize in trauma counseling. I also specialize in working with couples as a certified Prepare/Enrich counselor. My overall purpose is to provide compassion and understanding to help you build on your strengths and reach your goals.
