Using a Trauma Informed approach, I specialize in Mental Health, Addiction and Co-occurring Disorders with extensive inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital and treatment center experience. I help people who struggle with issues such as relationships, depression, anxiety, mood regulation, trauma, poor decision making, and poor self-image.
