As a trauma therapist, I help individuals and couples seeking deep healing. With over 25 years of marriage and four teenagers, I understand relationships, family stress, and life’s challenges. My approach is relational and experiential, blending EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Breathwork and Meditation.
