I believe that this life is meant to be lived fully and freely in every moment. It is a simple concept, but sometimes so difficult to experience as our thoughts keep us held in the past or our fears spiral us into the future. You may feel completely trapped in a cycle of unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and sense you're losing control. Sometimes we struggle getting lost in heartache or pain and forget what life can look like on the other side. I have a genuine passion for coming alongside each person to help rediscover a full and free life with all of its wonders and difficulties.
I am committed to helping you take back control, find peace in the present, and get back to a life you value. My specialty areas include OCD and anxiety disorders; however, I have years of experience treating a broad range of difficulties. I have been formally trained in Exposure and Response Prevention, the most effective treatment for OCD.
Trusting someone in your time of struggle is not easy. I consider my role as a therapist a complete honor and will commit to cheering you on through every step!

Nikki serves as the Clinical Director of this group at Thrive Therapy Phx, which offers a 9 hour per week program over the course of three days. Our team of therapists creates a weekly schedule to help clients gain the skills they need to be able to regulate emotion, understand their thoughts, and heal the wounds that they have been carrying for so long.
