I strive to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and honest space where we can explore your needs and goals in therapy. I am passionate about therapy and believe it to be a powerful mechanism for self exploration, growth and healing. I have worked with a wide variety of people and have received specialized training and extensive experience in the treatment of Eating Disorders, anxiety, mood disorders and Trauma/PTSD.
I utilize an integrated approach to therapy that is built around individual needs and am trained in a variety of treatment modalities including; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
