I offer practical & individualized psychotherapy and medication management. I work with patients to clarify their goals in treatment and provide guidance and tools for patients to meet them. I am available for both in-person appointments at my office in Cambridge, MA and/or virtual (telehealth) appointments.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. I am also a therapist in psychedelic research trials. I offer psychotherapy, which I combine with medication management or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy if and when needed. I have experience working with a diverse range of patients, including immigrants and their families.

I am a psychotherapist and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner based in Cambridge, MA, offering both psychotherapy (talk therapy), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychiatric medication management. As a post-graduate fellow at the Psychotherapy Institute of Back Bay (PIBB), I see individual and couples psychotherapy clients at our office in Copley Square, Boston. I also see clients in my private practice in Central Square, Cambridge. My interests include psychodynamic psychotherapy, relationship issues, men's issues, spiritual/existential issues, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration work.

It's not necessarily easy to start (or restart) therapy. I am committed to honoring and transforming suffering through a compassionate, trauma-sensitive, eclectic approach. I trained in psychiatry at UMass, and in child and adolescent psychiatry at Cambridge Health Alliance. My undergraduate and graduate education at Harvard, in visual art and architecture respectively, has provided a foundation for my comfort in exploring the unexpected and unknown. I bring this openness, creativity, and wonder to my therapeutic work.

I am a Harvard trained and board certified psychiatrist, as well as a member of the Harvard Medical School faculty. I provide warm, supportive, and down to earth care both in-person and online to help accommodate busy students, parents, and working professionals. I take a thorough and comprehensive approach with each patient, with the underlying belief that we can best meet our goals when we best understand ourselves.

I am a specialist in dual disorders, and treat people with addictions as well as the full range of psychiatric disorders, like schizophrenia, bipolar illnesses, depression, OCD and panic. I often work with people other docs have not connected with, or considered too tough, because I listen, and am flexible and straightforward, yet at the same time thorough and safe. This includes those not ready to make a behavior change, younger people, those with unstable or complex conditions, pain, sleep disorders and those who don't want to take medicines.

I am a Harvard trained, Board Certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. My training includes my MD from Stanford with honors, Harvard residency training at MGH-McLean, and my certification in cognitive behavioral therapy (for anxiety, depression and PTSD) while I was faculty at the University of Pennsylvania and University of Massachusetts. My outpatient clinic was previously at Cambridge Health Alliance and I now run a boutique private practice offering personalized, attentive care and support. Narrative therapy and mindfulness training are included along with meticulous psychopharmacology.

I am a Harvard trained, board certified, Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist with a private practice in Back Bay Area, Boston. I believe that, the treatment process begins by creating an empathic and trusting relationship between the clinician and patients. During my evaluation and ongoing work, I consider various factors such as, genetic predisposition, biological, psychological and social processes to understand the person fully. Academic affiliation with Boston University helps me stay abreast with not only the recent developments in the field of psychiatry but also with the cultural and evidence based treatments.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Thoughtful Psychiatry, P.C. I provide psychotherapy and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of stress related conditions. As therapist and prescriber, I try to pave the way for my clients to tell their stories and feel truly understood. I strive to provide a safe environment that allows for self-expression. While diagnosis can be helpful, I believe that each individual enters treatment with a unique set of circumstances, and that it is important to focus on the needs of each individual rather than focus only on his or her symptoms.

I am a Clinical Associate Professor at Boston College and a Teaching Associate at Harvard Medical School. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a registered yoga teacher, I specialize in providing mindful mental health services, including prescribing psychiatric medications and using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I utilize mindfulness-based techniques, such as MBCT and yoga in my treatment plans to support holistic mental health and meet the unique wellness goals of my clients. I provide new prescriptions or refills of psychiatric medications based on the needs and preferences of each individual.

I have extensive training and experience in treating a wide array of psychiatric disorders. I am a double board certified psychiatrist with board certifications in Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry.

I am a compassionate and knowledgeable psychiatrist highly experienced in treating adults with severe psychiatric disorders and milder emotional disturbances. In addition to my general psychiatry training, I also completed the Harvard Fellowship in Women's Mental Health at the Brigham and Women's Hospital and have unique skills and experience in treating psychiatric symptoms and emotional distress during pregnancy and postpartum as well as psychological symptoms associated with other hormonal changes.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.
