I am a Teaching Associate at Harvard Medical School and a Research Faculty at Boston College. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and a registered yoga teacher, I specialize in providing mindful mental health services, including prescribing psychiatric medications and using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I utilize mindfulness-based techniques, such as MBCT and yoga in my treatment plans to support holistic mental health and meet the unique wellness goals of my clients. I provide new prescriptions or refills of psychiatric medications based on the needs and preferences of each individual.
I specialize in working with individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD and other conditions. I’ve worked at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, the Cambridge Eating Disorder Center, Cambridge Health Alliance, TaraVista Behavioral Health Center and Walden Behavioral Care.
I bring my clinical expertise, along with my teaching experience, to my work in private practice. I aim to foster a warm and collegial relationship with my patients.
