I offer practical & individualized psychotherapy and medication management. I work with patients to clarify their goals in treatment and provide guidance and tools for patients to meet them. I am available for both in-person appointments at my office in Cambridge, MA and/or virtual (telehealth) appointments. I have a special interest and experience working with young adults, college students, and with musicians/artists. Please note that I am currently only accepting new patients for medication management and have a waitlist for new therapy patients.
I approach psychotherapy with training in a variety of modalities ranging from psychodynamic to behaviorally-oriented therapies, tailored to each patient's goals. I trained at Harvard's MGH/McLean Adult Psychiatry Residency Program and have completed additional training at the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute and in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
