I am a Harvard trained psychiatrist with a background in psychopharmacological (medication) approaches as well as a variety of therapy modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, couples and group therapy. I believe in addressing mental health through a holistic approach with combination psychotherapy and medications.
