I am a holistic/nutritional psychiatrist, using a functional medicine approach to health and wellness, thereby trying to reduce or eliminate the need for medications. I also have a 15yr+ specialty in sex therapy with couples/individuals treating all sexual dysfunctions in all areas of desire, arousal, orgasm, pain, or sexual issues that interfere with a couple's happiness. I give couples & individuals a holistic understanding of their sexual difficulties - incorporating physical, psychological, emotional, and relational - to enhance sexual pleasure while maintaining balance in one's physical and emotional health.

She graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Dr. Varshney completed her residency in psychiatry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine/ Elmhurst Hospital Center, in New York City. She then went on to complete a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Worcester, Massachusetts, Department of Law and Psychiatry.

Courtney Tibbetts, PMHNP- BC, helps patients explore their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts, with the goal of identifying and addressing the underlying causes of mental health problems. Dr. Sherin Parvez is an experienced psychiatrist who specializes in adult mental health diagnosis & treatment. She is up to date with the current cutting edge advancements in the medical field of Psychiatry. She seamlessly combines her training & experience into her practice. Dr. Parvez has more than 10 years of experience in the medical field, which includes her work in Internal Medicine, ObGyn, NeuroPsych, and General Psychiatry. I then did a 2 year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry I worked as an assistant professor at Jackson Memorial Hospital from 2002-2005. I was then voluntary faculty at the University of Miami, Department of Psychiatry. I have vast experience treating eating disorders, ADHD, and autism, via both medication and/or therapy.
