About
Hello, I am Amy Pharr, a Family Nurse Practitioner of 28 years and a Family Psychiatric Mental Health NP of 18 years comfortable with seeing clients of all ages with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, ADHD, Impulse Control Disorders, and PTSD. My ideal client would have some sort of trauma history - whether it be mental, sexual, physical, or emotional -- needing medication management and therapy as well as a support group. These clients want to be able to sleep without nightmares, go about their day without flashbacks or affect from triggers, and to merely live with some sort of pleasure and "normalcy" in life.
After working my way up the nursing ladder from LPN to RN to a Master's in Nursing, and then a Post Master's in Nursing I can offer a well rounded foundation of knowledge and experience in the field of psychiatry. I am also an herbologist of 40 years with the ability to offer alternative modalities to healing and a personal coach to gently guide and support.

We offer the above groups via telepsychiatry. The maximum number allowable per group is 10. You will have an initial psychiatric evaluation where it will be determined if and which group may suit your needs. Groups will be weekly for $40 each or for $120 pre-paid for 4 weeks.
