Originally from San Juan, PR, Alina M. Galliano-Pardo, M.D. completed her medical school and residency training at University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Galliano-Pardo has been practicing psychiatry for over fifteen years and has diagnosed and treated thousands of patients. She is a Fellow in both the American Psychiatric Association and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She is one of few private practice psychiatrists on Florida’s First Coast who is board certified in both General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and is the only female.

Dr. Galvan is an English and Spanish speaking provider who services clients 5 years old and up dealing with depression, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD and other mental health conditions.

Dr. Caitlin Gardiner is a board certified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy. Dr. Caitlin Gardiner's practice is based on the biopsychosocial model and believes that the foundation of healing is in psychotherapy and human connection. She is known for incorporating therapy into her medication management practice. Typically she offers 30-minute follow-up visits for medication management with focused therapy based on individual needs.

David Gavin, MD, MS attended the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) for medical school, residency, and graduate school. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed reports on addiction disorders and schizophrenia and received VA and NIH funding. He has over 10 years of experience treating patients and training residents to treat patients with various psychiatric disorders. In addition, he has received numerous awards, including UIC Departmental Faculty of the Year, NARSAD Young Investigator Grant, and APIRE/AstraZeneca Young Minds in Psychiatry Award.

Dr. Michelle Gavin is a board certified psychiatrist who specializes in the outpatient treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and received her training in adult Psychiatry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Dr. Gavin works closely with her patients in a warm and empathic environment and tailors treatment to fit the needs of the individual. If medication is warranted, she strives to achieve the best possible outcomes with minimal to no side effects.

Dr. Ghim is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who focuses on building a strong therapeutic and collaborative environment with patients who are struggling with depression, bipolar spectrum disorders, ADHD, anxiety including social, obsessive compulsive, and generalized anxiety disorders, amongst others. Dr. Ghim provides primarily psychiatric medication management, in conjunction with supportive, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions, and other modalities of therapeutic treatment.

Dr. Milena Goldshmidt is a new addition to the Talkiatry network which allows her the luxury of working from home after the new addition to her family. She is double boarded in Adult Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine. She has been practicing for 10 years. Dr. Goldshmidt's focus is on medication management as well as supportive and emotionally focused therapy. She gives ample time during new patient appointments and has 30-minute follow sessions. She also is a believer in additional therapy is needed and/or additional medical and procedural therapies if needed to provide the best care and outcomes to her patients.
