Dr. Richard Oddy has 20+ years of expertise as a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, operating a thriving private practice in Denver, previously established in Fort Collins in 2005. His medical education was accomplished at the University of Cambridge in England, followed by a residency in psychiatry at Cornell Medical Center-New York Hospital in 2000. Dr. Oddy holds board certifications in General Psychiatry, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, and is a distinguished lifetime fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Oddy is also experienced in the use of buprenorphine for opioid dependence.

Caroline “Callie” Fernandez is a Columbia University trained, and Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, with extensive experience in medication management and psychotherapy. While Callie cares for clients across the lifespan, she has additional training in the treatment of children/adolescents, and integrates developmental strategies into all of her client work. Since focusing solely on medication might not address all of a client’s goals, Callie strives to understand the whole individual to tailor unique treatment recommendations.

Hello! I graduated with a degree in nursing from Santa Monica College in 2009. Since that time, I’ve worked in several hospital settings including intensive care. I finished my first masters degree as and Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist in 2017 from California State University at Dominguez Hills and started managing extremely sick people in a long-term acute care hospital One universal I’ve seen throughout my many different careers in and out of healthcare is that the presence (or absence) of good mental health care spells the difference between success and failure in any environment.

I am here to provide guidance, expertise, and treatment approaches for stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, concentration problems, relationship difficulties, drug or alcohol use, or life/career transitions. No matter what their age, many of the clients who eventually find me have done everything they can on their own and/or with the help of loved ones to manage these issues and are just in need of a little more information, help and support. They are all seeking a professional who can offer insight into what is happening with them or their loved one and provide an assortment of treatment approaches.

We are a group of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about providing mental health care in an environment that is safe and non-judgmental. We treat a wide range of issues including anxiety, trauma, depression, insomnia, irritability, anger, intense emotions, bipolar/mood disorders, and ADHD. We use a collaborative holistic approach to treatment which may include the use of psychiatric medications, but additionally we will explore possible root causes for your mental health symptoms and we may recommend things such as laboratory testing or natural supplements.

In 2000, he joined the United States Air Force, where he worked as a clinical nurse in Pediatrics, Family Practice, Flight/Aerospace Medicine, and also had the opportunity to be a team leader on Vice President Dick Cheney's medical support team. Chris is an expert in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Addiction, Stress, Trauma and PTSD - as well as many other conditions.

I am a dual board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I started my healthcare career working in a mental health hospital while obtaining my undergraduate degree. I completed my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees at Case Western Reserve University. I went on to complete my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

My main goal is to guide you in managing your medications in order to support you in your healing process. I use research and evidence-based practices to assist in choosing the best regimen for you, but ultimately, you know your body best. As your provider, I will actively listen to your concerns without any judgment and formulate a holistic treatment plan in collaboration with you. I am accepting new patients!

Specializing in genetic testing, I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment goals and plans to improve overall quality of life. I take a holistic approach to treatment and aim to use pharmacological treatment in a realistic and practical way, only using medications when indicated. My most successful patients are those who enter into treatment motivated for change.

My practice includes child, adolescent, and adult patients. During your initial visit we will discuss your current concerns and assess the biological, psychological, developmental, and social factors that contribute to your concerns. We will then work collaboratively to establish a comprehensive plan to address each of these factors and discuss the role of medication and psychotherapy in your treatment. While I believe medications play a significant role in psychiatric treatment, I tend to maintain a strong focus on psychotherapy, as this is a powerful tool for promoting lasting change and emotional well-being.

I have 10 years experience treating both mental health and substance abuse. My goal is to help patients and their families diagnose and treat the problems they have, while being respectful and compassionate. I help those suffering from depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, as well as many other mental health disorders, including opiate addiction on an outpatient basis using buprenorphine. The lifestyle that precipitated the stress response in the first plans needs to change. In addition to psychotherapy and medication management, we place high regards for modalities such as weight management, medical management, exercise, and sleep hygiene to combat the body’s inflammatory response, which exacerbates mental illness.
