My goal is to provide the expert psychiatric care that will allow you to perform at your personal and professional best. I am a graduate of Harvard Medical School and the Johns Hopkins psychiatry residency program, and board-certified in psychiatry. I have over twenty years combined experience in psychiatry and primary care medicine, and work with adults and adolescents 16 and older. I treat depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and psychiatric issues related to neurological and medical conditions.

I am a Harvard trained adult psychiatrist who specializes in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry. I have clinical expertise in treating psychiatric disorders associated with the menstrual cycle, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and the menopause transition. I am a graduate of the Women's Mental Health fellowship program at Brigham and Women's Hospital and worked as an attending within the Women's Mental Health Division at Brigham and Women's prior to transitioning into private practice.

I am psychiatry physician assistant. I see medication management patients, just like a Psychiatrist would, and are currently open to new patients. I am a Certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Midwestern University. I am originally from Phoenix, Arizona who decided to get out of the heat and move to Denver in 2019. I work mainly with young adults, however I like working with people across all spans of life. I deal with patients of varying disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, ADD/ADHD, OCD, and PTSD.

I have been working in Mental Health since 2011, first as an inpatient psychiatric RN and now as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have practiced as a nurse practitioner in VA hospitals as a psychiatric consultation liaison and at VA community-based outpatient clinics. That’s just a fancy way of saying I have experience working as an inpatient and outpatient clinician. In addition, I have experience working in community mental health, mostly working with clients on Medicaid, many with substance abuse issues. As my well-rounded experience suggests, I respect and enjoy working with clients from all walks of life.

My approach is based on integrative psychiatry, which uses medications, therapy and complementary medicine to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms. I address the combined impact of sleep, lifestyle, relationships, nutrition and chronic medical conditions on well-being, and use cutting edge tools like genetic testing to guide personalized treatment with medication and supplements. I consider the patient’s cultural background in my assessments and I can provide treatment in Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. My goal is to help my patients create lasting changes and build vitality, resilience and purpose in life.

Dr. Semenov is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. He completed his medical training at Russian State Medical University and completed psychiatry residency training at The University of Texas at Houston. He has been practicing for over 15 years.

Dr. Shah is welcoming new patients for video appointments. As a Board-certified M.D. psychiatrist, he specializes in assessing and treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD and other psychiatric issues. A holistic provider, he combines non-pharmacologic approaches - including psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy - in addition to medication. He utilizes such therapeutic modalities in medication management appointments as well as dedicated therapy sessions. Consequently, patients benefit from well-integrated treatment that is both systematic and thorough.

Hello! I am currently accepting new patients as of 1/20/2022. All visits are through telemedicine, so I can see anyone in the state of Colorado or Massachusetts. My love for what I do in psychiatry, comes from the joy I get in helping others improve their lives. Most of my patients do not know which direction to go when then come to me, and that is ok. Some people come to me looking for second or third opinions about diagnosis or medications, some people are referred by a therapist to start medication. We can openly discuss decisions and options.
