Hello there! I am a Board Certified child, adolescent and adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, certified through American Nurse Credentialing Center. I have been in health care for over 20 year, starting as a Mental Health Technician in my hometown of Kerrville Texas, caring for forensic patients in a State Psychiatric Hospital. I then went on to study at Schreiner University and pursued my nursing career to become a Licensed Vocational Nurse. I continued to become a Registered Nurse, and eventually a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I did all of this while raising two daughters who are now 18 and 22 years old.
