Hi! First off, thank you for taking the first steps towards healing and learning more about yourself. It is an incredibly big and terrifying decision, but I’m glad you’re here and we will hear you out. My main goal is to guide you in managing your medications along with research and evidence-based practices. Ultimately, you do know your body best and as your provider, I will actively listen to your concerns without any judgment and work on a holistic treatment plan with you, even if that may mean no medications at this time.
I started off as a nurse during the COVID pandemic, working on medical/surgery, cardiac, COVID units, and ICU step-down. Since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania and as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I hope to always keep learning and find ways to decrease the mental health stigma in the world.
I have grown a particular interest in working with the neurodiverse community and learning more about other common co-occurring conditions. I would be honored to support you on your mental health journey and if not, I hope we can find you a great fit in our clinic! :)
